| 摘 要： | 目的：评价尖吻蝮蛇蛇毒血凝酶与可溶性止血纱布联合应用的止血效果。方法：取84只小鼠及14只日本大耳白兔，分别经静脉注射蛇毒血凝酶或生理盐水0．5h后手术，以可溶性止血纱布作创面止血材料，同时血凝酶涂布止血纱布，以小鼠剪尾试验法和兔肝脾创面止血法比较各组止血效果。结果：血凝酶无论注射还是外用，联合止血纱布能缩短创面出血时间约56％。结论：尖吻蝮蛇蛇毒血凝酶和可溶性止血纱布联合应用能明显缩短创面出血时间，止血效果优于单独使用。
