云浮市硫酸生产企业职业病危害分析及评价

目的了解云浮市硫酸生产企业职业病危害预防控制情况。方法依据国家职业卫生标准对硫酸生产作业场所中存在的主要职业病危害因素进行检测。结果硫酸生产行业存在的主要职业病危害因素有粉尘、化学毒物和噪声等,原料岗位和焙烧岗位粉尘时间加权平均浓度(CTWA)合格率为100%,排渣岗位粉尘CTWA合格率为85.7%,二氧化硫CTWA合格率为100%,焙烧岗位二氧化硫短时间接触浓度(CSTEL)合格率为92.3%,三氧化硫及硫酸CTWA和CSTEL合格率均为100%,炉前风机房和二氧化硫风机房噪声强度超标率分别为87.5%和71.4%。结论硫酸生产行业职业病危害关键控制点为粉尘和化学毒物,部分除尘装置和通风排毒设施的设计和运行存在缺陷,应合理设置职业病防护设施,完善职业健康管理体系,在生产过程所产生的职业病危害是可以预防和控制的。

Analysis and evaluation of the occupational hazards in sulphuric acid plant in Yunfu City

Objective]To understand the status of prevention and control of the occupational hazards in sulphuric acid plant in Yunfu City.Methods]According to the national occupational health standard,the major occupational hazards in the workplaces of the sulphuric acid plant were detected.Results]The major occupational hazards in the sulphuric acid plant were dust,chemical toxicant and noise.The qualified rate of dust time-weighted average concentration(CTWA) in raw material post and roasting post was 100%.The qualified rate of dust CTWA and sulfur dioxide CTWA in slag-discharge post was respectively 85.7% and 100%.The qualified rate of short time exposure concentration(CSTEL) of sulfur dioxide in roasting post was 92.3%,and all the qualified rates of CTWA and CSTEL of three sulfur trioxide and sulphuric acid were 100%.The over standard rate of noise in blast furnace blower room and sulfur dioxide blast furnace room was 87.5% and 71.4% respectively.Conclusion]The critical control points in sulphuric acid plant are dust and chemical toxicant.There are defects in the design and operation in some dust removal equipments and ventilation facilities.It is necessary to set up reasonable occupational disease prevention facilities and perfect occupational health management system,so as to prevent and control the occupational hazards during production process.
