烧结生产配加扬迪矿实验研究

摘    要:对烧结生产配加扬迪矿的可行性进行了实验室实验和生产试验研究.实验室实验表明,在本钢现有生产原料和技术条件下,用扬迪粉替代巴西粉进行烧结生产是可行的,但煤耗比替代前增加3.5kg/t,转鼓强度降低1.22个百分点,烧结矿品位下降0.15个百分点.

Abstract:Feasibility of Yangdi ore proportion in sintering production is studied at lab and by trial production. It is shows that Yangdi fine ore is feasible instead of that in Brazil in sintering production under the present raw materials and technique conditions in Benxi Iron and Steel Co. , how ever , coal consumption is increased 3 . 5 kg / t and tumbler strength and sinter grade are decreased 1.22% and 0.15% respectively.
