紧急医学救援队伍护理实践能力评价指标体系的构建

目的构建紧急医学救援队伍护理实践能力评价指标体系,为紧急医学救援护理队伍建设提供规范化的操作指南和可量化的参考工具。方法采用改良德尔菲专家咨询法,经过两轮函询,建立紧急医学救援队伍护理实践能力评价指标,并用优序图法与专家评定法确定指标权重。结果专家咨询的权威系数为0.80,两轮专家咨询的积极系数均为100%,肯德尔协调系数分别为0.183和0.526。通过两轮咨询,最终构建了包括个人基本素质、应急护理能力、紧急救援能力、应急演练能力、沟通交流能力5个一级指标,13个二级指标和51个三级指标的评价指标体系,并给各指标赋予权重。结论构建了一个较为全面的紧急医学救援队伍护理实践能力评价指标体系。专家积极性较高,权威性、协调性较好,筛选出的评价指标可为紧急医学救援队伍护理实践能力评价提供参考依据。

Development of an indicator system for evaluating nursing practice ability in emergency medical rescue team

Objective To establish a standardized system of nursing practice ability of emergency medical rescue team,and to provide standardized operational guidelines and quantifiable reference tools for the construction of emergency medical rescue nursing team.Methods The improved Delphi expert consultation method was used to develop an evaluation index of nursing practice ability in emergency medical rescue team after two rounds of correspondence consultation,and the index weight was determined by the method of sequence diagram and expert evaluation.Results The authoritative coefficient of expert consultation in this study was 0.80,the positive coefficient of expert consultation in both rounds was 100%,and the Kendall coordination coefficient was 0.183 and 0.526,respectively.Through two rounds of consultation,the evaluation index system was finally constructed,including 5 first-level indicators,including basic personal quality,emergency nursing ability,emergency rescue ability,emergency drill ability and communication ability,13 second-level indicators and 51 third-level indicators,and weights were assigned to each indicator.Conclusions We have established a comprehensive nursing practice evaluation index system for emergency medical rescue teams.Experts have high enthusiasm,authority and coordination,and the selected evaluation indexes can provide reference for the evaluation of nursing practice ability of emergency medical rescue teams.
