急性食物中毒患者进行综合性急救的临床效果

摘    要:目的探索综合性急救对于急性食物中毒患者治疗的临床价值。方法回顾性分析87例急性食物中毒患者,根据救治方式不同分为实验组(42例)和对照组(45例)。对照组患者采用普通急救措施进行救助,实验组患者采用综合性急救治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的血压(舒张压、收缩压)水平以及生命体征恢复正常、意识恢复正常、住院、抢救时间。结果治疗后,实验组舒张压(80.58±6.24)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)、收缩压(121.66±10.21)mm Hg均低于对照组的(90.43±7.02)、(148.83±10.05)mm Hg,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组意识恢复正常、生命体征恢复正常、住院、抢救时间分别为(3.82±1.24)h、(1.27±0.38)h、(5.24±0.58)d、(1.47±0.54)h,均短于对照组的(5.82±1.07)h、(2.28±1.13)h、(9.89±1.32)d、(2.42±0.47)h,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用综合急救措施,可快速把握患者病情,给予有效处置,缩短救助时间,患者生命体征指标改善显著,救助效果大大提升。但关于该疾病患者未进行长期跟踪,存在不足,有待进一步改进。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical value of comprehensive first aid for patients with acute food poisoning.Methods A total of 87 patients with acute food poisoning were divided into experimental group(42 cases)and control group(45 cases)by different rescue methods.The control group received general first aid measures,and the experimental group received comprehensive first aid.The blood pressure(diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure)before and after treatment,vital signs recovery normal time,consciousness recovery normal time,hospitalization time,rescue time were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the diastolic blood pressure(80.58±6.24)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)and systolic blood pressure(121.66±10.21)mm Hg in the experimental group was lower than(90.43±7.02)and(148.83±10.05)mm Hg in the control group,and their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The consciousness recovery normal time,vital signs recovery normal time,hospitalization time and rescue time were(3.82±1.24)h,(1.27±0.38)h,(5.24±0.58)d and(1.47±0.54)h,which was shorter than(5.82±1.07)h,(2.28±1.13)h,(9.89±1.32)d and(2.42±0.47)h in the control group,and their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive first aid measures can quickly grasp the patient’s condition,give effective treatment,shorten the rescue time,improve the vital signs of patients significantly,and greatly improve the rescue effect.However,there is no long-term follow-up for the patients with this disease,and there are some deficiencies need to be further improved.
