| 摘 要： | 企业职工人数与职能数不存在函数关系，与职能量呈现为间断递增函数关系，而与非生产人员的定编比例却呈现为间断递减函数关系。根据这一观点，利用非生产人员定编比例间断递减函数修正系数的方法提出了非生产人员定编人数计算公式，从而可满足不同职工人数的企业对非生产人员最基本的编制需求。

| Abstract: | The number of enterprise staff with amount of function have no functional relation,and intervallic increase by degrees functional relation with volume of function,but the opposite functional relation with personnel allocation proportion of unproducer.According to this viewpoint,the counting formula of personnel allocation number of unproducer was raised.Thus,the foundamental establishment demands of the enterprises with different staff amount to the unproducer can be satisfied. |
