宫颈鳞状细胞癌PCNA及p53表达

目的研究增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)及p53在宫颈鳞癌中的表达及其意义.方法应用免疫组化S-P法检测31例宫颈鳞癌及10例正常宫颈组织中PCNA及p53表达.结果宫颈鳞癌p53阳性率及PCNA强阳性率分别为22.6%和61.3%,正常宫颈p53及PCNA均为弱阳性,两者差异有显著性(P<0.05),PCNA强阳性表达与组织学分级有关(P<0.05).p53蛋白表达与临床病理因素无关(P>0.05).结论 p53基因突变在宫颈鳞癌发生中起重要作用,检测宫颈鳞癌组织中PCNA表达有助于判断细胞的增殖活性及预后判断.

Clinical significance and expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen and p53 protein in squamous cell carcinoma of cervix

Objective To study the clinical significance and expressions of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) and p53 protein in squamous cell carcinoma of cervix. Methods Using immunohistochemistry S-P method,PCNA and p53 were examined in 31 cases of squamous cell carcinomas and 10 cases of normal cervical tissues. Results The p53 positive rate and strong positive rate of PCNA were 22.6% and 61.3% in cervical squamous cell carcinomas,respectively.Weak positive of PCNA was seen in all normal cervical tissues, but no p53 protein was observed. There was significant difference between squamous cell carcinomas and normal cervical tissues (P<0.05). The expressions of PCNA were related to the differentiation of squamous cell carcinomas in cervix. No relationship was found between p53 and clinic-pathological factors (P>0.05). Conclusion Our data indicate that the alteration of p53 is involved in cervical carcinogenesis. Examination of PCNA assists in evaluating proliferating activity and prognosis of cervical squamous cell carcinomas.
