硅锰合金中铝的分光光度法分析

摘    要:硅锰合金试样中低含量铝的测定,常用的方法灵敏度较低,本方法利用硝酸,氢氟酸分解,高氯酸冒烟,1+1盐酸浸取,加入氢氧化钠强碱分离锰,铁,铜,钛等干扰元素,调节酸度pH=5.6,在六次甲基四铵缓冲的条件下,使铝和铬天青S生成紫红色配合物,在波长560nm处测其吸光度,借此测定铝,灵敏度提高,方法简便稳定。

Abstract:In the determination of Al in silico-manganese,the interference elements were separated with sodium hydroxide,and the 1+1 hydrochloric acid was used as leaching agent.At the presence of buffer agent and pH=5.6,the Al in silico-manganese reacted with chrome azurol S to form a complex.The absorbance of the complex was determined at 560nm.After that,the Al in silico-manganese was determined.
