| 摘 要： | 可持续发展理念要达到普及化和规范化的目的，必将最终纳入法制建设的轨道。法制建设在逐步完善的过程中，也必须吸收可持续发展理念。本文将从法理学角度阐析可持续发展理念对法制建设的深刻影响，明确可持续发展理念应成为法制建设的灵魂。

| Abstract: | The popularization and standardization of the concept of sustainable development must be put into the orbit of the construction of legal system eventually. The construction of legal system must also absorb the concept of sustainable development in perfect process step by step. This article, from the jurisprudence angle, will clarify the deep influence of the concept of sustainable development to the construction of legal system, and make clear that the concept of sustainable development should become the soul of the construction of legal system. |
