摘    要:为了提高大型磨齿机的热刚度,通过建立热-结构耦合有限元分析方法,研究了冷却液对其热特性的影响。研究结果表明:由于吸收磨削热的冷却液喷淋在前后床身的结合处、旋转工作台以及工件立柱的3个侧面,导致整机在长度和高度方向有较大的温度梯度,工件立柱和立柱均出现了"后仰"现象;随冷却液温度的增大,主轴端面和工作台中心的相对总变形呈现增大趋势,最大变形可达174.6μm。

Abstract:In order to improve the thermal rigidity of a large gear grinding machine, the effect of cooling liquid on its thermal characteristics was investigated through establishing the thermal-structure coupled finite element analysis method.The results show that the workpiece column and the column appeared "backward" phenomenon.This is because the cooling liquid absorpt grinding heet spray to the junction of front and rear bed, rotary table and three sides of workpiece column.Then there is a large temperature gradient in the direction of the length and height.With coolant temperature increases, the total relative deformation of spindle end and table center increases, maximum deformation is up to 174.6 μm.
