| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨高位颈椎原发性椎管内肿瘤的手术治疗及临床疗效.方法:对40例高位颈椎原发性椎管内肿瘤手术患者进行回顾性分析,分析临床资料,手术方法及术后疗效.结果:患者术后疼痛、神经根性刺激症状及颈髓压迫症状较术前明显改善,内固定无松动移位,颈椎稳定性好.结论:颈后入路半椎板或全椎板切除可以完整清除肿瘤,并加以坚强内固定及植...
