| 摘 要： | 加强油田技术监督检测工作必须以科学发展观统领技术监督工作全局,围绕油田的生产和经营目标,以质量为目的,以标准为依据,以计量为基础,以检测为手段,充分发挥技术监督职能工作作用,整合质监资源,为油田的发展提供技术支撑。具体做法是:1、提高思想认识;2、加强质量管理;3、发挥技术标准作用;4、强化审计管理;5、整合质检资源;6、主动服务基层。

| Abstract: | In order to strengthen oilfield's technical supervision and detection,we must use scientific development concept to command the whole technical supervision and focus on the aim of oilfield's production and management to maximize the function of technical supervision,reorganize quality inspection resources and provide technical support for oilfield's development aiming at quality,on the basis of standard and quantity and by means of detection.Firstly,to be specific,change our concept and deepen our understanding.Secondly, strengthen the influence of quality management.Thirdly,make best of technical standard.Fourthly,strengthen auditing management.Fifthly,reorganize quality inspection resources.And lastly,serve basic units actively. |
