贯黄感冒颗粒含量测定方法研究

目的 建立贯黄感冒颗粒中5-羟基-3,7,3’-三甲氧基-4’-β-D吡喃葡萄糖基黄酮甙含量测定方法.方法 采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Agilent Zorbax SB C18（4.6×215;250mm,5μm）,流动相为水-乙腈（65∶35）,检测波长为330nm,流速1mL×183;min-1.结果 5-羟基-3,7,3’-三甲氧基-4’-β-D吡喃葡萄糖基黄酮苷进样量在81.6ng～1020ng范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=0.999954）,平均回收率为99.16％,RSD为1.39％（n=9）.结论 本法准确可靠,对提高贯黄感冒颗粒质量标准提供了依据.

Research on the Content Determination of Guanfangganmao Granule

Objective： To establish a method for the content determination of 5 -Hydroxy -3,7,3＇ -TriMethoxy -4＇ - β -D -glucopyranosyl -flavonone -glycosides in Guanfangganmao Granule. Methods： High Performance Liquid Chromatography was used. The col- umn was Agilent Zorbax SB C18 （4.6 × 250mm, 5μm）. The mobile phase was composed of water- acetonitrile （65：35） , with 330nm of detection wave length, and 1 mL · min ^-1 of flow rate. Results ： 5 - hydroxy - 3,7,3 ＇ - trimethoxy - 4＇ - 13 - D glucopyranosyl glycoside had a good linear relation at the range from 81.6ng to 1020ng（ r = 0.999954） , between the injected amounts and peak areas. The rate of average recovery was 99.16% ,with 1.39% of RSD （n = 9）. Conclusion： The method is reliable, accurate, providing a standard for the quality of Guanfangganmao Granule.
