| Abstract: | The article based on the idea which scientific research is one of the hasic tasks in universities. The authors set forth the realization of scientific researches pushing teaching and promoting departmental building from the view of enhancing teachers' quality, tempering top -quality teaching, equipping laboratory and pushing teaching reform. |
