城市生活污水处理厂活性污泥中细菌群落结构组成研究

摘    要:为了解活性污泥中的细菌群落结构组成和多样性,选取4个不同城市(西安、乌鲁木齐、合肥、无锡)污水处理厂的活性污泥样品作为研究对象,应用末端限制性片段长度多态性(T-RFLP)技术分斯了样品中细菌群落结构组成及其多样性。结果表明:4个活性污泥样品中细菌多样性的顺序为:乌鲁木齐〉合肥〉无锡〉西安;通过对比样品中优势细菌类群(限制性片段在某样本中相对含量超过5%以上)的T—RFs与PAT数据库,发现4个活性污泥样品中的优势细菌主要属于芽孢杆菌纲、α-变形菌纲、δ-变形菌纲和γ-变形菌纲。

Abstract:In order to investigate the composition and diversity of bacterial community structure in activated sludge,samples were collected from different sewage treatment plants of four cities (Xi'an,Urumqi, Hefei and Wuxi). The terminal restriction fragment length polymorphism(T-RFLP) technology was applied to analyze the composition and diversity of the bacterial community structure in the samples. The results showed that the bacterial diversities of the four activated sludge samples followed the order of Urumqi 〉 Hefei 〉 Wuxi 〉 Xi' an. According to the search results in the PAT database,the dominant bacterial populations (relative percentages of the restriction fragments more than 5 %) in the four activated sludge samples belonged to Bacilli,α-Proteobacteria,δ-Proteobacteria and γ-Proteobacteria.
