| 摘 要： | 利用ANSYS软件建立齿轮箱的有限元分析模型,可得出齿轮箱的固有频率和振型。理论分析结果和模态试验结果基本一致,说明了齿轮箱体振动模态分析方法的可行性。通过模态分析,可以为齿轮箱的动态响应分析及箱体的设计与改进提供可靠的依据。

| Abstract: | The finite-element model of the gearbox is established based on ANSYS,and the natural vibration model parameters are obtained.By the result comparison of the finite element modality and the test modality,the better correspondence is found.And the finite element modality of gearbox is practicable.The results of modal analysis can be used to the design and improvement of the gearbox. |
