关于转杯纺纱曲线形态和张力的力学分析

摘    要:本文讨论转杯纺纱(即气流纺)杯内纱的曲线形态和张力变化,从力学分析的角度来看,在有空气阻力并有足够大的阻捻盘作用下才能使纱形成稳定的正向剥取的曲线形态。如无空气阻力并无阻捻盘存在时,那就将形成反向剥取方式的曲线形态。否则是不能满足力学平衡和功能平衡的要求的。

Abstract:This paper discusses the problems of yarn Configuration and yarn tension variation in the open-end spinning rotors. From the point of view based on yarn dynamics, we can see, it is chiefly due to the air drag and especially due to the frictional resistances of the navel surface acting on the yarn that the normal spinning mode can run stably. With neither the air resistances nor the presence of the navel friction, the reverse spinning mode should then occur necessarily instead of the normal mode, since both the dynamic equation and the work-energy balance could no more be satisfied if otherwise. Furthermore, the equations for calculating the yarn tension and the yarn curve configuration, both in free space and over the navel surface, have also been given in the paper.
