摘 要: | 利用静电纺丝技术在Q235钢表面制备聚丙烯腈(PAN)纳米纤维膜并在其中包覆缓蚀剂苯并三氮唑(BTA),然后在其表面涂覆环氧树脂(EP),得到复合涂层(PAN-NFs/BTA/EP)。通过电化学测试表征复合涂层的防腐性能,结果表明在树脂涂层中加入纤维后,防腐性能得到明显提高。

Abstract: | A nanofiber membrane PAN-NFs/BTA with Polyacrylonitrile(PAN)and benzotriazole(BTA)as corrosion inhibitors was prepared on the surface of Q235 steel by electrospinning method.Then the epoxy resin(EP)was coated on the surface of nanofiber membrane to obtain a composite coating.The ability of anticorrosion was improved due to the nanofiber added. |
