逆变型分布式电源接入对电压时间型馈线自动化的影响分析

摘    要:因其在经济效益和环境效益上的突出表现,逆变型分布式电源(Inverter Interfaced Distriuted Generation,IIDG)在配电网中得到广泛应用。IIDG的接入使得配电网变成一个多电源供电的复杂网络,潮流的双向流动将导致基于单向潮流设计的馈线自动化性能下降,无法及时隔离故障、恢复供电。针对目前广泛应用在架空线路上的电压时间型馈线自动化模式,分别从IIDG准入容量、反孤岛保护和重合闸延时时间的配合两个方面详细分析了IIDG接入对其动作逻辑的影响,提出了一种适应IIDG接入的电压时间型馈线自动化方案,并进行仿真验证。仿真结果表明,当IIDG的接入容量不超过其准入容量时,出口断路器的动作灵敏性不受影响,且设置重合闸延时时间与反孤岛保护相配合,能够避免非同期合闸,自动化开关仍能按照原动作逻辑隔离故障和恢复非故障区域供电。

Abstract:Due to the outstanding economic and environmental benefits,the inverter interfaced distributed generation(IIDG)is widely used in distribution networks.The penetration of IIDG makes the distribution network change from a single-power-supply radial network to a scattered multi-source system,the bidirectional power flow may lead to the degradation of feeder automation performance based on undirectional power flow,and it is impossible to isolate faults in time.In this paper,the voltage-time feeder automation which is widely used on overhead lines is analyzed in detail from IIDG penetration capacity,cooperation between anti-island protection of IIDG and delay time of recloser,and a voltage-time feeder automation scheme adapted to IIDG’s penetration is implemented and verified.The simulation results indicate that when the capacity of IIDG does not exceed its penetration capacity,the sensitivity of the outlet circuit breaker will not be affected,and the settings of delay time of recloser is matched with the anti-island protection,which can avoid the asynchronous closing,and the switch can still isolate faults and restore power to non-faulty areas according to the original logic.
