摘    要:设计针对色谱仪的新型油气分离装置,从理论和实际两方面对装置核心部件进行介绍。验证该装置的气密性,并通过对管路内径、推气速度和接头长度进行正交试验,对油气分离关键因素间关系给出定量描述,优化油气分离结构。试验结果表明:该装置的气密性、油气分离方式具有较高的精度和效果,满足色谱仪自动进样的全自动操作。同时,该装置可与机器人配合作业,对绝缘油色谱分析的自动化实现有良好的推广作用。

Abstract:A new type of oil-gas separation device for chromatograph was designed,and the core components of the device were introduced from both theoretical and practical aspects.The gas tightness of the device was verified.The relationship between the key factors of oil-gas separation was quantitatively described and the structure of oil-gas separation was optimized by orthogonal experiments on the factors of pipeline inner diameter,gas pushing speed and joint length.The experimental results show that the device has high precision and effect in gas tightness and oil-gas separation mode,and can meet the automatic operation of chromatograph automatic sampling.At the same time,the device can cooperate with robot,which has a good promotion effect on the automation of chromatographic analysis of insulating oil.
