摘    要:将雄性BALB/c小鼠在36m~3的暴露室(自然通风)内吸入天然气燃气炉燃烧产物(燃气率0.29n~3/h),每天8小时,长达6个月。暴露室空气污染物平均浓度(NC_20.17mg/m~3、SO_20.06mg/m~3、总悬浮颗粒物0.16mg/n~3)接近使用燃气炉厨房的现场浓度。结果发现,暴露1个月和6个月后脾脏抗体形成细胞数减少;血清免疫球蛋白含量为暴露2个月后IgA降低而暴露1个月后IgG和IgM增加;肺泡巨噬细胞数和迟发型变态反应均无明显变化。实验表明,长期吸入低浓度的室内燃气污染物后未对小鼠产生持续性的免疫毒性。

Abstract:This PaPer Presents changes in the immu-nologic function of mice chronically exposed to indoor air Pollution from a gas stove. Experiments were carried out in the 36m3 exposure room under condition of natural ventilation. Sixty male (BALB/c) mice were exposed to combustion Products from a natural gas stove (0.29m3/h) for 8 hours daily on weekdays, from one to six months. Theave-rage concentrations of air pollutants in theroom were 0.17mg/m3, 0.06mg/m3. and 0.16 mg/m3 for NO2, SO2, and total suspended Particulates respectively, which were similar to that in the kitchen with gas stoves. The number of antibody forming cells in sPleen decreased after one and six months exposure. For the serum immunoglobulin levels, IgA decreased after two months exposure while IgG and IgM increased after one month exposure. There were no significant differences in the number of alveolar macrophages in the pulmonary lavage and in the response of delayed-type hypersensitivity. The Present results indicate there was the suPPressive effe ct of indoor combustion products from a gasstove on immunologic function of mice exposed for short Period, but it was not periste-nt.
