工程机械离线锁车系统设计

在工程机械销售、租赁市场中,客户大多采用分期付款购买或租赁设备,若在约定的时间未回款,设备制造商一般采用远程在线锁车的方式警示客户尽快付款。然而在实际操作中,存在部分客户拖欠贷款,恶意破坏锁车系统及改装工程机械等违法行为。针对这一实际情况,本文分析了现有远程在线锁车系统的优缺点,提出了一种基于射频识别技术的工程机械离线锁车系统。该系统主要解决工程机械被不法客户拆除GPS,破解在线锁车系统后导致工程机械"下落不明"而又无法锁车的问题。该系统的使用和安装不影响工程机械现有功能,可以作为远程在线锁车系统的补充,能提高工程机械管理的安全性和可靠性。

Design of an Offline Locking System for Construction Machinery

In the market of construction machinery sales and leasing,most customers buy or lease equipment by installment.If the payment is not collected within the agreed time,the equipment manufacturer generally uses the way of remote online locking to warn customers to pay as soon as possible.However,in the actual operation,there are some illegal behaviors,such as some customers defaulting on loans,maliciously destroying the locking system and refitting construction machinery,etc.In view of this practical situation,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the existing remote on-line locking system,and proposes an off-line locking system of construction machinery based on RFID technology.The system mainly solves the problem that the engineering machinery is"missing"and unable to lock the vehicle after the illegal customers remove GPS and crack the online locking system.The use and installation of the system will not affect the existing functions of the construction machinery.It can be used as a supplement to the remote online locking system,and can improve the safety and reliability of the construction machinery management.
