轨道用隔振器静动刚度测试

摘    要:介绍了用MTS810-100kN电液伺服材料试验机进行橡胶或塑料制品、构件等静动刚度测试时可选用的几个应用软件的特点,在此基础上,依据一定的测试条件,完成了一组轨道用隔振器的静动刚度测试,并分析了试验系统变形对隔振器静、动刚度测试结果的影响。结果表明,在试验数据的处理中应该扣除试验系统的相对变形。

Abstract:The characteristics of some applied test-software were introduced when static and dynamic stiffness of products and components made of rubber or plastic were tested by using MTSSIO-IOOkN electric servo-hydraulic testing system. On the basis of the above stated, according to definite test conditions, measurement of static and dynamic of a series of vibration isolators used for rail were performed and influence of testing system deformation to measurement results were analyzed. The results manifested, it should be supposed to deduct the relative deformation of the testing system in the course of data processing.
