| 摘 要： | 气体螺杆钻具作为气体钻定向井和水平井的新型井下动力钻具,在使用过程中常常遇到启动难、扭矩不足等问题。输出性能的分析对其结构参数和钻井参数的选择有着重要的作用,应该考虑井下压力对气体螺杆钻具输出性能的影响。文中将气体螺杆简化为一个环形圆筒的等效模型,求出其当量直径,并结合一维可压缩流体的流动特性,求得井下螺杆的压降,进一步得到螺杆转速、扭矩等输出特性。研究结果为提高气体钻井中螺杆钻具的工作效率提供了理论依据。
