异形玉叶金花果实不同提取部位抗氧化活性研究

摘    要:以乙醇为溶剂提取异形玉叶金花果实,经减压浓缩后,依次用乙酸乙酯和正丁醇进行萃取。用DPPH自由鼙的清除能力来评价两个部位的抗氧化活性。结果表明,己酸乙酯部位浓度为283.20μg/mL时自由基清除率大于50%,IC50=304.85μg/mL,正丁醇部位浓度为17760μg/mL.时自由基清除率大于50%,IC50-224.07μg/mL。正丁醇部位抗氧化能力比乙酸乙酯部位更好。

Abstract:The fruit of Mussaenda anomala Li were extracted with the ethanol solvent and were concentrated by vacuum, and followed by the extraction of ethyl acetate and butanol. DPPH radical scavenging capacity was used to evaluate the antioxidant activity of the two parts.The results show that when the parte of ethyl acetate concentration of 283.20μg/mL radical scavenging rate greater than 50 %, IC50=304.85 μg/mL, and part of the concentration of butanol when the radical scavenging 177.60 μg/mL than 50 %, IC50=224.07 μg/mL. Antioxidant capacity ethyl acetate parts better than the butanol.
