狂犬病若干问题的探讨

本文通过分析279例狂犬病病例的年龄、受染方式、损伤部位、疫苗注射等因素与狂犬病的潜伏期和病程的关系,发现潜伏期的长短与这些因素有密切关系,而病程长短仅与潜伏期有关。探讨了疫苗免疫失败的原因可能是目前使用的五针法地鼠肾疫苗注射未能在短潜伏期病例在发病之前产生足够抗体。另还与疫苗的储存和机体免疫状态有关。期望在加强监护下,辅助通气,对症处理及应用抗病毒药物等,能探索出治疗狂犬病的一条路子。

Some eurrent problems in rabies : a clinical analysis of 279 cases

On the analysis of the correlations of the factors such as age of patient, mode of infection, site of wound, and vaccination, etc. with ineubation period and course of 279 cases of rabies, it was found that the length of incubation perked, is closely related to these factors and the course of disease is significantly related to the length of incubation period only. Failure of vaccine immunity was presumably attributed to insufficiency of antibodies which produced before the onset of disease in those patients with short incubation period by using the 5-injection of hamster kidney vaccine. In addition, storage of vaccine and individual immune status may also play a role. It is expected that through intensive tnonitoring. supplementary mechanical ventilation, symptomatic treatment, and use of antiviral agents etc. would help to find out a more effective therapy regime.
