斜管沉淀的评价指标

本文提出了斜管沉淀的六项评价指标。水力半径Ｒ，单位液面的斜管沉淀面积Ａｓ，单位体积斜管材料耗量ＭＡ，粘接面百分数Ｐ，滑泥性能，以及斜管体整体强度。提出各指标的定性评价标准。推导出四种斜管四项指标定量表达式。对比分析了四种斜管的性能，指出缺角正方形斜管最佳。

EVALUATION INDICES FOR SLANTING TUBE SETTLING

Six evaluation indices for slanting tube settling: hydraulic radius R , tube settling area of unit water surface area A S , material consumption of unit volumetric tube settler M A , percentage of sticking area P , sludge removal property and whole strength of tube module are proposed. The qualitative criteria of evaluation indices are established. The deduced quantitative formula of four indices ( R, A S, M A, P ) are listed out and used to analyze properties of four types of slanting tube by contrast with the values of indices for them. Analysies showed that the slanting tube of square section with lacking a angle is the best one.
