祛风止痒口服液治疗儿童荨麻疹疗效观察

目的 观察祛风止痒口服液治疗儿童荨麻疹的疗效与副作用.方法 42例儿童荨麻疹患者随意分为两组,治疗组24例,口服祛风止痒口服液,10岁以上每次10 ml,6～9岁每次5 ml,一日3次口服.对照组18例,口服氯苯那敏片,按每日0.35 mg/kg体重计算总量,分3次服用,两组连续用药7 d后判断疗效.结果 治疗组有效率为91.6%,高于对照组77.8%的有效率,但组间差异无显著性（χ2=0.68,P〉0.05）.结论 祛风止痒口服液用于儿童荨麻疹的治疗,具有与氯苯那敏同样的疗效,起效快,无嗜睡副作用,不影响儿童的学习和身体健康,值得应用与推广.

Clinical observation on Qufeng antipruritic oral solution in children urticaria

Objective To observe the efficacy and side effects of Qufeng antipruritic oral solution in children urticaria. Methods 42 children with urticaria patients rando rely divided into two groups,24 eases of treatment group, taken oral Qufeng antipruritic oral solution,each time 10 ml for the patients over 10 years old,5 ml tor the patients 6 to 9 years old,three times a day;18 cases of control group taken oral chlorpheniramine tablets,according to 0.35 mg/kg daily ,three times a day, determined efficacy after 7 days. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 91.6%, highter than the control group was 77.8% , the differences between the groups was no significant （X2 = 0.68, P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The efficacy of Qufeug antipruritic oral solution for cbildren rticaria was the same as chlorpheniramine tablets, fast onset of action, without drowsiness,and didn＇t ＇affect children＇s learning and physical health,worthy of application and promotion.
