摘    要:分别应用单克隆抗BrdU和~3H胸腺嘧啶标记DNA方法检测了表皮生长因子对肝细胞DNA合成的影响,并对两种方法进行了比较。结果显示,两种方法均证明EGF具有明显的刺激肝细胞DNA合成的作用。单克隆抗BrdU标记DNA方法较之~3H胸腺嘧啶法更特异、准确,可以清楚地区分DNA合成期与非合成期细胞。同时简便、完全和省时。

Abstract:The effect of EGF on DNA synthesis of rat hepatocytes was detected usingmonoclonal anti-bromodeoxyuridine anti-body and ~3H-thymidine, and the two methods werecompared. The results of both methods confirmed that EGF could substantially stimulateDNA synthesis of hepatocytes. Anti-BrdU staining was more specific, accurate and clearerfor differentiating DNA-synthesizing cells from non DNA-synthesizing ones than ~3H-thymidine technique. It has the advantages of simple and safe handling and a comparativelyshort processing time.
