骨肽注射液治疗四肢骨折合并肿胀患者的效果评价

目的探讨对四肢骨折合并肿胀患者给予骨肽注射液治疗的临床效果。方法选取2008年3月～2011年3月四肢骨折合并肿胀的患者56例，分为观察组和对照组各28例，观察组在常规治疗的基础上使用骨肽注射液，对照组在常规治疗的基础上使用β-七叶皂甙钠，两组均治疗14d。结果两组患者治疗后肿胀程度都有明显的减轻，且用药14d治愈的患者数比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；观察组治疗有效率与对照组比较相近，两组比较差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。结论骨肽注射液对四肢骨折合并肿胀患者具有较好的治疗效果，且能够明显缓解患者的肿胀程度。

Evaluation of Efffect on Ossotide Injection in the Treatment of Limb Fracture with Swelling

Methods Fifty-six patients of limb fracture with swelling were divided into two groups and 28 cases in each group. Results After the treatment, patients in two groups had a significantly reduced degree of swelling and there was no significant difference in the cure number between two groups after treatment for 14 days （ P 〉 0.05 ） ; The efficiency of the observation group was similar to the control group, but the difference was not significant （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Ossotide injection on limb fractures with swelling have a better therapeutic effect and the patients were able to clear the degree of swelling.
