摘    要:介绍了静态式可控偏心器旋转导向工具的结构和造斜原理,对比分析了该结构在旋转导向钻井中的优越性.通过BHA力学分析确定钻具组合的结构,计算相关影响因素作用下钻头力的大小,根据岩石非均匀破碎模型预测了导向工具的造斜能力.

Abstract:The configuration and deviation principle of the static controllable bias steering drilling tool are introduced in this paper. Meanwhile, the priority of this configuration is comparatively analyzed. The drilling tool configuration is determined and the bit under the effect of correspond factors is calculated by analyzing mechanical feature of the BHA. The deviation ability of the steering tool is anticipated according to rock inhomogeneouse crush model.
