摘 要: | 立式储油罐的形变模型直接影响数据解算精度,与实际生产安全和社会效益息息相关。本文介绍了罐壁点的径向偏差、圈板椭圆度模型,重点阐述了基于最小二乘原理的罐体倾斜度模型,并结合某油库油罐实例,验证了基于TM30的储罐几何形变模型解算方便、精度高、利于分析罐体形变的特点。

The Modeland Analysis of the Geometric Deformation of Vertical Metal Tank Based on TM30 |

Abstract: | The model of the geometric deformation of vertical metal oil tank affects accuracy of results directly,having relevance to production safety and social benefits.This paper has shown models of diametrical deviation and ovality,and emphasized the model of spatial line fitting model based on least squares to compute the inclination of the tank.Results of model application of a tank have vertified that models based on TM30 are effective and high-accurate to analyze geometric deformation of tank. |
