| 摘 要： | 通过对转速率选取三个不同的值、填充率选取四个不同的值,在一台Φ600 mm×400 mm的球磨机试验样机上进行全组合试验,得到了不同转速率和填充率的产品粒度分布,计算出各粒级的产率,根据介质运动的基本规律分析转速率、填充率对产品粒度的影响机理。

| Abstract: | Combination experiments were carried out by selecting three different value of rotation speed rate and four different value of filling rate using a Φ600 mm × 400 mm experimental prototype ball mill.The size distribution results were obtained at different rotation speed rate and different filling rate.The yield of different size fractions was calculated.The influence of rotation speed rate and filling rate on particle size was analyzed according to the mechanism of rotation. |
