| 摘 要： | 目的探讨尿液中含有精子对检测结果的影响。方法用UF-50全自动尿沉渣分析仪、H-500尿液分析仪与显微镜对100例未含精子组尿液标本和含精子组尿液标本进行检测并对结果进行分析。结果含精子组尿液尿蛋白出现假阳性。当尿液中精子数大于或等于60/μL,尿白细胞数(WBC-U)、尿白细胞(WBC-HP)、尿红细胞数(RBC-U)、尿红细胞(RBC-HP)出现假阳性。未含精子组尿液标本与尿液中精子数大于或等于60/μL含精子组尿液标本的WBC-U、WBC-HP比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),RBC-U、RBC-HP两者比较差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论应杜绝精子混入尿液中,提高尿液的检测质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate containing sperm urine on the impact of test results.Methods 100 urine samples including sperm contained group and no-sperm group were tested by UF-50 automated urinalysis analyzer,H-500 Urine analyzer and microscope,and the results were analyzed.Results We found the false positive of urine protein in sperm contained group.When the urine sperm count was ≥60/μL,we found the false positive of urine WBC（WBC-U）,urinary WBC（WBC-HP）,urinary red blood cell number（RBC-U）,urine red blood cells（RBC-HP）.The test result of WBC-U and WBC-HP in the urine sperm count≥60/μL group and no-sperm group was significantly different（P0.05）,and the test result of RBC-U,RBC-HP was significantly different（P0.01）.Conclusion We should eliminate the sperm mixing with urine to improve the quality of the urine test. |
