| 摘 要： | 目的观察翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉的疗效。方法将翼状胬肉41例（64眼）随机分成两组，A组18例（28眼）行巩膜暴露单纯翼状胬肉切除术，B组23例（36眼）行联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术。术后平均随访23个月，比较两组的治愈情况及复发率。结果A组有2眼复发，复发率14．29％（4／28）。B组1例复发，复发率为2．78％（1／36）。结论翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉的复发率明显低于单纯翼状胬肉切除术。翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To search a new method that application of autografting corneal rim stem cells to cure pterygium. Methods Retrospectively analyzed 41 cases （64 eyes） with pterygium that treated by auto- grafting of corneal rim stem cells. Then, followed - up the patients for 23 months. Results Transplanting survived good, without any recrudescence and complications. Conclusions it is a good method to cure and prevent re-crudescenee of pterygium that the operation of autografting of corneal fin stem cells. It has a positive curative effect and without any complications. |
