摘    要:以"2 000 t印染污水资源化成套设备"为例,从需求背景、系统方案、控制系统等方面介绍了基于反渗透膜的印染污水再生处理技术、工艺与设备。该成套设备占地面积小、投资少、运行费用低,目前通过建设"杭州湾新区印染污水资源化示范园"实现了产业化推广应用。

Abstract:The principle and operation of wastewater treatment and reuse of dyeing and finishing based on reverse osmosis membrane were introduced.From the demand background to system solutions and control unit,the technology and equipment were described,bringing with it the characteristics of small area occupation,low investment and low operation cost.The industrial application was achieved through construction of dyeing wastewater reuse demonstration garden of Hangzhou bay new zone.
