| 摘 要： | 阐述了以地理信息GIS为主线,将水情自动监测系统、工情管理地理信息系统、用水计划管理系统、水费管理系统及政务公开WEB系统有机地结合起来,有一定的普遍应用意义。本项目的研究及应用,能减少水资源浪费,降低灌溉成本,会产生显著的社会效益及经济效益。

| Abstract: | This article expounds GIS(Geographic Iformation System) mainly, and automatic system of monitoring water condition, geographic information system of managing project, management system of plan using water, management system of charges of water and public gverment affairs WEB system are combined. It is of universal meaning for application.Researching and application of this project, will greatly reduce waste of water resource, lower irrigation costs, bring objective convenience to water user, and bring social great social effect and economic benefits. |
