铝锂合金搅拌摩擦焊接技术的研究现状及其发展方向

摘    要:铝锂合金是一种密度低、比强度高、抗腐蚀性好的新型铝合金,是用于航空航天领域实现轻量化的理想材料。搅拌摩擦焊技术作为一项新型固相连接技术,能有效克服熔化焊接中出现的气孔、热裂纹等缺陷,在铝锂合金焊接领域具有广阔的应用前景。从铝锂合金搅拌摩擦焊焊接工艺、焊接接头组织性能等多个方面对铝锂合金搅拌摩擦焊进行综述,总结国内外研究现状,并展望铝锂合金搅拌摩擦焊接技术未来发展。

Abstract:Al-Li alloy is a new type of aluminum alloy with low density,high specific strength and corrosion resistance.It is an ideal material for realizing lightweight in aerospace field.Friction stir welding technology,as a new solid-phase joining technology,can effectively reduce the defects such as porosity and thermal cracks in fusion welding of al-li alloy,and has a wide application prospect in the field of al-li alloy welding.The friction stir welding technology of al-li alloy,the microstructure and properties of welded joints and the research status at home and abroad are summarized,and the future development of friction stir welding technology of al-li alloy is prospected.
