| 摘 要： | 随着国家对中职教育投入的不断加大，各地中等职业教育的办学规模迅速扩大，学校可持续发展的关键在于如何保证并提高教育教学质量，教育教学督导工作则是行之有效的方法之一。分析当前中职学校教育教学督导的现状、阐明教育教学督导的地位和作用，对中职学校如何开展教育教学督导工作进行一些有益的探讨，有针对性的提出了相应地对策与建议。

| Abstract: | As the government increases funding for secondary vocational schools in these years,some of them enlarge their scale quickly.The key to the sustainable development of a school is how to guarantee and improve education and teaching quality.One of the effective ways is education and teaching supervision.This paper analyzes the present situation of education and teaching supervision,showing clearly its status and functions.The ways of carrying out the supervision work have been explored and some relevant strategies and suggestions proposed. |
