摘    要:以预处理后的豆制品废水为处理对象,在厌氧-好氧-缺氧序批式反应器中通过优化DO含量和缺氧时间实现短程硝化反硝化偶联生物除磷(SDN-P系统)。结果表明,当DO的质量浓度为0.5 mg/L,缺氧期时间为120 min时,系统具有最佳生物除磷效率且亚硝化率最高。稳定出水COD和NH4^+-N、NO2^--N和PO4^3--P的质量浓度分别为41.2~50.3 mg/L和7.4~10.1、13.5~19.8、0.7~0.9 mg/L,亚硝化率为73.8%~78.6%。低含量DO有助于实现短程硝化与反硝化。当DO的质量浓度为1.0 mg/L时,聚羟基脂肪酸酯(PHA)的最大浓度为6.1 mmol/L;而当DO的质量浓度降低至0.5 mg/L时,PHA的最大浓度升高至6.4 mmol/L,而进一步延长缺氧时间对PHA的含量影响不显著。

Abstract:The pretreated soybean wastewater was treated in an anaerobic/aerobic/anoxic sequential batch reactor to achieve short-cut nitrification-denitrification coupled biological phosphorus removal(SDN-P system)by optimizing DO content and anoxic time.The results showed that,the system had the best biological phosphorus removal efficiency and the highest nitrification rate when mass concentration of DO was 0.5 mg/L and the time of anoxic period was 120 min.The COD and mass concentrations of NH4^+-N,NO2^--N,PO4^3--P in the stable effluent were 41.2~50.3 mg/L and 7.4~10.1 mg/L,13.5~19.8 m g/L,0.7~0.9 mg/L,respectively,the nitrification rate was 73.8%~78.6%.Low concentration of DO contributed to short-cut nitrification and denitrification.When the mass concentration of DO was 1.0 mg/L,the maximum content of polyhydroxyalkanoate(PHA)was 6.1 mmol/L,while when the mass concentration of DO was reduced to 0.5 mg/L,the maximum content of PHA increased to 6.4 mmol/L,and further prolongation of anoxic time had no significant effect on the content of PHA.
