摘    要:随着环保要求的不断提高,化工废水零排放与资源化势在必行,水处理相关技术也需进一步完善。以氯碱废水经回用装置处理后的RO浓水为研究对象,通过"除硅-药剂软化-树脂软化"前处理后,采用"超滤-纳滤-反渗透"进行分盐浓缩,并对预处理废水的除硅、除硬、NF分盐和RO浓缩等处理效果进行分析。中试结果确定相关工艺的操作参数,并验证膜集成工艺可以实现氯碱废水中盐的分离与浓缩,为废水零排放/资源化项目设计与实施提供理论依据和实验支持。

Abstract:With the rigorous requirements of environmental protection,zero discharge and utilization of chemical wastewater is imperative,which urges the water treatment technology to be further improved.The RO concentrate from the reusing device treatment of chlor-alkali wastewater was taken as a research object to separate and concentrate salts by the’UF-NF-RO’membrane technology with pretreatment of’silicon removal-agent softening-resin softening’.The treatment effects of silicon and hardness removal,salt-separation of NF and concentration of RO on the pretreated wastewater were analyzed.The results of the pilot study determined the operation parameters of related process and validated the membrane integrated process could realize the separation and concentration of salts in chlor-alkali wastewater,which provides theoretical basis and experimental support for the design and implement of wastewater zero-discharge/recycling projects.
