| 摘 要： | 采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈/0.3%磷酸水为流动相,建立了二甲四氯钠在玉米、植株和土壤中的微量分析方法。二甲四氯在0.0510 mg/L范围内线性回归方程为Y=10 877x-312.03,相关系数为0.999 9,最小检出量为0.25 ng;添加水平在0.05、0.5、1 mg/kg时,二甲四氯在玉米植株、土壤和玉米中的回收率在76%10 mg/L范围内线性回归方程为Y=10 877x-312.03,相关系数为0.999 9,最小检出量为0.25 ng;添加水平在0.05、0.5、1 mg/kg时,二甲四氯在玉米植株、土壤和玉米中的回收率在76%115.5%范围内,最低检出浓度为0.05 mg/kg。本方法灵敏度高,重现性好,可用于二甲四氯钠在玉米及其植株、土壤中的残留检测。

| Abstract: | A HPLC method was developed for the analysis of residue of MCPA in corn and soil using acetonitrile / 0.3% phosphoric acid mixture as the mobile phase.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient was 0.9999 in the concentration range of 0.05 to 10 mg / L,together with an average recovery of 76%~115.5%,and the minimum detectable concentration was 0.05 mg / kg.This method can be used for the analysis of MCPA in corn and soil with high sensitivity and good reproducibility. |
