| 摘 要： | 目的：通过研究胃癌组织中上皮钙粘蛋白（E—CD）表达水平，揭示胃癌浸润、转移过程中的分子水平变化和作用机制。方法：应用免疫组织化学检测41例胃癌手术标本及同一病例正常胃粘膜组织中E-CD表达水平。结果：胃癌E—CD表达阳性率显著低于正常胃粘膜，E—CD表达与胃癌的分型、细胞分化程度、胃壁浸润深度、淋巴结转移、TNM分期具有明显相关性。结论：E-CD表达情况水平可作为较早期预测胃癌浸润、转移程度，评价预后的有效指标。

| Abstract: | Objective: To discover the molecular changes and mechanism in gastric cancer invasion and metastasis process E-CD protein expression level. Methods: 41 gastric cancer samples and matched normal gastric mucosa were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: The positive rate of E-CD expression in gastric cancer was significantly lower than that in normal gastric mucosa, which is correlated with the gastric cancer type, differentiation level, invasion depth, lymphonode metastasis status and TNM stage. Conclusion: E-CD protein expression level is a good parameter for predicting invasion, metastasis and prognosis of gastric cancer. |
