摘    要:目的建立HPLC法测定麻杏口服液中苦杏仁苷的含量。方法色谱柱:Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水(20∶80);流速:1.0 ml.min-1;检测波长:210 nm;柱温:室温;进样量:10μl。结果苦杏仁苷在4.344~217.2μg.ml-1范围内与其峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为102.08%,RSD为1.75%。结论本方法简便准确、快速可靠,能够用于麻杏口服液的含量测定和质量控制。

Abstract:Objective To establish an I-IPLC method for determination of amygdalin in Maxing oral solu- tion. Methods The Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 (4.6 mm × 150 ram,5 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water(20: 80) at a the flow rate of 1.0 ml .min-l. The detection wavelength was at 210 nm, the column was at room temperature, and the volume of injection was 10 μl. Results A good linear correlation of amygdalin was observed within the range of 4. 344-217.2 μg ·ml-1 ( r =0. 9999). The average recovery was 102.08% with RSD of 1.75 % ( n = 6). Conclusion This method is simple, accurate and quick, which can be used for determination and quality control of Maxing oral solution with good selectivity and repeatability.
