环保型水基切削液的研究现状及其在烧结钕铁硼磁体后加工中的应用

我国钕铁硼磁体后加工企业在钕铁硼企业中占六成以上.磁体后加工的技术创新和新技术的应用已成为钕铁硼行业新的技术突破口和效益增长点.在烧结钕铁硼磁体后加工中应用环保型水基切削液已成为钕铁硼磁体行业"ISO-14000认证"、美国、欧盟等发达国家的环保指令等要求中的基本要素.在烧结钕铁硼磁体后加工领域开发和推广环保型水基切削液具有广阔的前景,同时也是巨大的挑战.综述了环保型水基切削液的研究进展,并对其在烧结钕铁硼磁体后加工领域的应用中所面临的机遇与挑战作一评述.

Research Progress on Environmental Friendly Water-based Cutting Fluids and Their Application in the Machining of Sintered NdFeB Magnets

Over 60% of NdFeB magnets companies are NdFeB magnets machining factories. The innovation and application of novel technologies have become new breakthrough and economic growing points of NdFeB magnet industry. Applications of environmental friendly water-based cutting fluids in machining of sintered NdFeB magnets has been the basic element in the ISO-14000 certification and the main environmental requirement of America and EU. Research and development in the environmental friendly water-based cutting fluids, and their applications in sintered NdFeB magnet machining have great challenges and opportunities. In this paper, we summarized the research development on environmental friendly water-based cutting fluids and discussed the main opportunities and challenges of the application of environmental friendly water-based cutting fluids in sintered NdFeB magnets machining.
