| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the effect of aortic aneurysmal sac-right atrial shunt in the operation of aorta. Methods The records of 45 aortic operations done in our hospital,from 07-2005 to 08-2009,were analyzed retrospectively,of which,the aortic aneurysmal sac-right atrial shunt procedure was applied in 18 cases.The operation time,blockage time of the aorta,postoperative drainage volume,postoperative blood transfusion and re-thoracotomy rate were summarized.
