薪酬激励在企业人力资源管理中的运用效果研究

摘    要:随着我国经济的快速发展,当前行业竞争愈加激烈。为了不断提升企业自身核心竞争力,企业在发展过程中需要充分重视人力资源管理工作。由于薪酬激励作为激励企业员工的一种管理方式,激励机制作为驱动力,通过完善薪酬激励机制,能够对企业资源进行合理配置,并有效提高企业人力资源管理工作质量。基于此,论文详细分析企业人力资源管理工作应用薪酬激励的意义,并结合企业自身实际情况,制定完善的应用措施。

Abstract:With the rapid development of China’s economy,the current industry competition is increasingly fierce.In order to continuously improve the core competitiveness of enterprises,enterprises need to pay full attention to human resources management in the process of development.As salary incentive is a management method to motivate employees and incentive mechanism is a driving force,it can reasonably allocate enterprise resources and effectively improve the quality of enterprise human resources management by perfecting salary incentive mechanism.Based on this,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the significance of the application of salary incentive in enterprise human resources management,and combines with the actual situation of the enterprise itself to develop perfect application measures.
