梭式窑测温误差的分析与减小误差的措施

摘    要:梭式窑炉是间歇性窑炉,在烧制陶瓷产品的过程中,通常会出现测温仪表显示的温度与实际窑炉的温度有较大的误差。本文根据热电偶的测温原理及传热理论,对上述测量过程中产生的温度误差进行了分析,并提出了减小测温误差的一些实用措施。

Abstract:Shuttle kiln is an intermittent kiln. When it's being used for firing ceramic products, there is usually a big dif- ference between the indicated temperature and the real temperature of the kiln. This paper investigates the causes of the error occurring in the temperature measurement by using the theories of thermocouples and heat transfer. Then solutions to reducing an measurement error are put forth.
