性病门诊患者泌尿生殖道念珠菌感染的临床分析及菌种鉴定

目的：了解性病门诊患者生殖道念珠菌感染情况和菌种分布。方法：对性病门诊1247例患者进行念珠菌、沙眼衣原体（CT）、解脲支原体（UU）、人型支原体（MH）的检测，用显色培养基和糖发酵试验鉴定念珠菌。结果：女性较男性念珠菌患病率高，差异有显著性（P〈0．01）；CT、UU检测阳性的患者念珠菌感染率显著高于CT、UU阴性患者，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。CT、UU、MH多重感染的念珠菌患病率显著高于单一感染者（P〈0、05）；念珠菌鉴定白念珠菌为主要感染菌种，显色培养基和糖发酵试验两种鉴定方法对白念珠菌、热带念珠菌、克柔氏念珠菌及光滑念珠菌均有较好的一致性。结论：女性较男性更容易感染念珠菌：CT、UU是念珠菌感染的高危因素；显色培养基是念珠菌初步鉴定一种较好的方法

Cfinical analysis of candida infection in urogenital tract in sexually transmitted disease clinic and the identification of candida species

Objective To study the status of the infection of candida in urogenital tract in out-patients of STD clinic and the candida spp distrubition. Methods 1 247 patients were chosen to test candida CT UU MH in STD clinic. Candida spp were indentified by CHROmaga and fermentation. Results Theinfected rate of candidiasis in female was higher than male. The infectedrate of candidiasis in positive patients of CT or UU was higher than in negation patients and the infected rate in patients with more than one positive in CT UU and MH was higher than in patients with one positive in them. Candida albican is the important pathogen in Vulvovaginal and Urethritis Candidiasis. There were a good consistence of identifying the C albican, C krusei, C glabmta and C tropicallis between CHROmagar and fermentation. Conclutions Female is more susceptible to candida than male. The infections of CT and UU are the high risk factors of candidiasis. CHROmaga candida is a good medium to identify candida spp
