| 摘 要： | 开发并合理利用现有地下空间的防护潜力,具有很强的战略意义.针对普通地下室、地铁、早期人防工程、旧坑道、废弃矿井、地下共同沟等各种型式的地下空间,文章讨论了不同的加固改造设计方法以及内部功能的划分依据.应用这些方法能够开发它们的防护潜力,发挥它们的防护效益.

| Abstract: | It is of strong strategical significance to explore and utilize the preventive potential of urban underground space reasonably. For different kinds of underground space, such as ordinary basement, metro, forepast civil air defence, old tunnel,antiquated mine, underground common ditch, the design method for their reinforcement and reconstruction and the foundation of inner function dividing are discussed. With these methods, the preventive potential can be explored and the protective benefit can be gained. |
